Finder's Fee Agreement
Thank you for your interest in being a Finder for GrowMyBiz!
This agreement outlines the way we offer Finder’s Fees to people who can assist us with securing new clients.
We offer the following fees in exchange for your assistance:

The fine print
The “Value of Contract” means the value of the contract that the prospect agrees with us to supply a website and associated goods/services.
We will pay you the Finder’s Fee only once the prospect has signed a contract with us and has paid the initial 50% deposit.
We can only fulfil this agreement if you agree to not participate or conduct any negotiations with the prospect.
This Finder’s Fee applies only to the initial contract formed with the prospect. Future or ongoing work (including hosting fees) are not included in this agreement.
Beyond the Finder’s Fee, we have no other financial obligations to the Finder.
