Product Descriptions
GrowMyBiz currently offers the following services to our clients and customers:
- IT Support
- Web Development
- Website, Email, Calendar hosting
- Domain Name management
Delivery Timeframe
Once payment is accepted for hosting services, the services will be made available for the next month. Web development services will commence on payment of the deposit for the project.
Returns Policy
If a payment is processed in error or we have accepted payment for a service that we agree is not up to the required standard, we will offer a credit or refund (whichever is applicable) within 1-3 working days.
Privacy Policy
By using GrowMyBiz or Socket IT Support’s services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. If we make any significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by posting a notice of such changes on the login page. We care deeply about protecting your privacy. Please send us any questions or comments you may have.

What information do we collect?
Personal: Your Name, Company Name, email addresses, phone numbers, password
All passwords are stored on our server in encrypted form - not even we can tell what they are! If you lose your password, we will generate a new one and send it to you.
Optional: Physical address
We store physical addresses of clients that we need to physically visit. If we don’t need to visit you for any reason, this information is optional.
Credit Cards
While we do accept credit card payments through our website, we do not store any of this information on our servers. This information is stored on a secure payment gateway which prevents your credit card information from being accessed maliciously.
Hosting and Domains: Domain names, login credentials
When you open a hosting account with us, there is a certain amount of minimum technical information that we must keep which allows us to install and maintain your websites and email accounts. This includes the details of any domain names that you choose to register with (or transfer to) us.
Usage: Number of logins, last login, activity and error logs
This data is collected automatically by our billing system, and is used for the purposes of analytics and general site operation.
Cookies and log files
GrowMyBiz sends a “cookie” to your computer that contains identification information that is unique to the computer you are using. We use this cookie to provide you with a continuous experience, and for us to record how our service is being used.
As is done with most web sites, we log each visit to each web page. A log entry can contain information typically found in the “header” of your web browser’s request such as the browser type you used, your Internet Protocol address, and the date and time of day. We may also log your cookie’s identification number and the URL of the last site you visited. This log information is important for security, audit, quality improvement, as well as for monitoring the health of our service.
